Founded in 2015 by Alessandra Elettra Badoino, Marina Giardina, Fabio Poggi, and Marco Longo, Associazione Culturale Augenblick immediately positioned itself as a crossroads of transdisciplinary approaches and knowledge. Initially focused on audiovisuals and performativity, stemming from globally recognized experiences in dance film production, Augenblick has, over the years, shifted towards cultural programming, critical research, and education. Since 2016, Augenblick has curated the FuoriFormato Festival in Genoa. In nearly a decade of activity, it has built a stable network of relationships with filmmakers, choreographers, performers, scholars, and students from Italy and around the world, promoting collaborative activities with partner institutions in the field of videodance.
